2006 VALENTINO ROSSI "THE DOCTOR" HELMET

Rossi's AGV "7 Shots" Testing Malaysia




For the winter test in Sepang, Malaysia, Rossi came up with a new AGV helmet. Sacred number '46 'in yellow on the front and sides of the helmet. The top remains a plain black, with a bullet hole image as much as 7 pieces from the top to the rear. 7 pieces of bullet holes that represent the number of world champion Rossi.

Rossi's AGV Gothic (Black)



Gothic AGV helmet has 3 main color variations: white, yellow, and black. Have the same design as all of Rossi's helmet with other Gothic themes. This helmet has been used regularly, Gothic black helmet use in practice or qualifying session, while the Gothic Yellow helmet for race day.

AGV Rossi's Mugello by Milo Manara



This helmet was designed by Milo Manara, an Italian artist and writer known for his graphic novels, comic books and erotic art distinctive. Manara is famous for writing and illustrating comic features an elegant, beautiful, and the storyline is a little erotic.


Helmet design is dominated by the sun and moon are a trade mark of the most famous Rossi, but Rossi's showing life in comic format. The right side of the helmet pictorial Ferrari Enzo, and the left side of Steve McQueen show - two people considered a hero by Rossi. The top of the helmet was divided into 4-panel comics Manara depicting Rossi, his dog Guido, the chicken Osvaldo (initial sponsor Rossi, who often displayed during the victory celebration), and the picture of a girl topless.
