La Marquise - This is World's Oldest Car, Just 4.6 Million U.S. Dollars



 

This is the oldest car in the world. This car is called The De Dion-Bouton et Trepardoux Dos-a-Dos Runabout Steam, or known as La Marquise.

La Marquise was made in 1884 in France. This car has a speed of 61 kph. Around the world, this car is only owned by four people since its emergenc.

Last one is a collector from Texas named John O'Quinn. This car never participate in automobile racing competitions in 1887 and London-Brighton in 2007.

Steam-powered car, which is the world's oldest car sold at an auction in Hershey, Pennsylvania, United States. This car sold for 4.6 million U.S. dollars, double the estimate.
